Our service
We prepare and deliver fresh, home-style vegetarian meals in and around Gurugram. Daily menus may change based on ingredient availability and are shown for information only.
Orders and plans
Orders are placed through WhatsApp, phone or email. A plan starts once we confirm your order and receive payment as agreed. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may be changed with notice for future orders.
Delivery
Please provide an accurate address and be reachable at delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or events beyond our control.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us as early as possible to pause or cancel a plan. Refunds or credits for unused days are handled case by case in good faith; contact us with your request.
Food and allergens
Our kitchen handles ingredients such as dairy, gluten, nuts and spices. Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs before ordering; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
